Our Mission

It is our goal to reduce the physical and psychological aspects associated with the trauma of sexual assault and to enhance the treatment and recovery processes. RCEA empowers people through healing and social change to eliminate all forms of sexual violence. We are committed to transforming lives by providing services and education to meet the needs of our diverse community.

Our Vision

To create a community free of all forms of sexual violence.

To work towards this vision, we are committed to raising awareness through community outreach, and educating our local schools and organizations with informative curriculums on sexual assault, healthy relationships, consent, Erin's Law, and many other topics.

Who We Serve

We serve survivors of sexual assault and their families and friends in the counties of Lee, Russell, Macon, Tallapoosa, and Chambers. Sexual violence happens in every community and affects people of all backgrounds. We welcome survivors of all gender, including men and transgender people, races, religions, incomes, languages, abilities, ethnicities, and sexual orientations.
